Payment and Cancellation Policy for Uvita Experience
Thank you for choosing Uvita Experience! We are dedicated to providing you with unforgettable adventures and experiences. Please review our payment and cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth booking process.
Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 10 days before your scheduled activity.
- If you have made a deposit or paid the total amount upfront and need to cancel, please notify us 7 days prior to your activity to receive a refund of 85%; the remaining amount will cover transaction fees.
- If you do not provide the required 7-day notice, a 50% refund of your deposit will be issued.
Payment Options
We offer several convenient payment methods for your booking:
- Deposit in Advance: Reserve your experience with a deposit.
- Pay Upon Arrival: Pay the total amount at the time of your activity.
- Pay Total in Advance: Pay the full amount prior to your booking.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund request, please contact us at alde@espaciofuturo.io.
- Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will inform you of your refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Exceptions
Please note that cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled activity and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
